CDV Corporation was formed in 1989, bringing together three divisions with over 30 years of history each with it's own specialty.

 Our Stuhr Manufacturing division manufactures and markets precision bench centers and static balance tools. These products are sold worldwide, either direct to manufacturers, or through industrial distributor organizations.
 Our Rock Valley Tool division manufactures precision header tooling for the fastener and other forming and forging industries. This division's manufacturing processes include CNC turning, milling, all facets of grinding, polishing and Wire and Ram EDM.
 Our Precise Punch Products division manufactures standard and special punch and die blanks for use in the metal stamping industry. It also manufactures special punches to customer drawings and specifications for the forming and forging industries.
